You know those stores you often pass that grab your interest but you just never really have the need to stop? Well there have been two I've been eyeing for some time now and the babes and I finally stopped in today. The first was Home Again and the second was Black Goose Design.
The shops were both housed in great old buildings, bold colored furniture, antique knickknacks, and a whole lot of charm. However I have to remember that I can easily + love the challenge of picking up similar chairs from the local thrift store or yard sale and refinish them just as prettily. It's really the pop of turquoise and yellow and red and green and blue that catches my attention in the first place. There were some really unique textiles that I would have loved to pick up though and a most perfect rocking chair that I'm still thinking about.
And don't you worry, I took some real quality phone pictures to share with you *wink.

next time you'll be taking your real camera! i love to walk through those places too... or dream of doing it. ha!
yeah, I drive past one every weekend, and always think to stop, but...
